Phyllanthus Fluitans XXL cup (12cm)

Phyllanthus fluitans is a nice little floating plant originates from the American tropics. The plant is also known in the hobby as Red root floater because of the roots, that are often red. Its round floating leaves are water-repellent and may become deeply brown-red especially under strong lighting and limited nitrogen supply. This pretty floater is easy to grow in aquariums where they have good lighting and nutrient-rich water. The plant propagates by branching. Under optimal conditions, plant is developing star-like white flowers.
