Shipping costs (within Ireland):
For orders under 45 €, the shipping cost is 9 €
For orders over 45 €, the shipping cost is 6 €.
For orders over 90 € shipping is free.
Shipment
The goods you have purchased are carefully packed and well protected so that the goods reach you safely.
We guarantee the safety of packages with live goods (shrimps and plants)
The delivery time is usually 24-48 hours from the time of shipment.
Shrimps and plants are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to avoid the situation in which the package remains in the courier's warehouse over the weekend.
Shipment of packages with shrimps and plants may be suspended (e.g. due to too low temperatures) for the safety of our pupils. In such a situation, each client will be notified of such an eventuality.
Damage to the package
In the event of damage to the package, please report the situation to the courier and send photos to info@aquaview.ie
Shipping outside Ireland
In the case of shipping outside Ireland, please contact us to determine the possibility and cost of shipping to the destination.
Goods not subject to shipment
Unfortunately, for various reasons (beyond our control), we are not able to offer you the shipment of certain goods. In this case, information about it is included in the product description and at the time of ordering in our online store, if such goods are in the basket, only the option of personal collection will be available.
