QualDrop HyperPore 1000ml ceramic filter material

HyperPore HyperPore a modern ceramic filter material for extremely efficient developed BET surface area of approx. 2200 m 2 / liter. HyperPore has a three-dimensional structure of open and interconnected pores biologically active. HyperPore has usefully, the biologically effective pores with dimensions of approx. 45um and 150 um. The combination of enormous surface pinholes and biologically active structure of open pores creates ideal conditions for colonization and growth of nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying. HyperPore has the shape of a cylinder with dimensions: diameter approx. 25 mm and a height of approx. 20 mm.

Usage

HyperPore should be rinsed before use. The ceramic insert must be placed in the filter baskets behind the cartridges for mechanical cleaning. For every 100 l of water, it is preferable to use about 1 l of HyperPore. The HyperPore is rinseable and reusable.

WARNING! Never clean or replace the entire amount of HyperPore in one operation. Replace 30-50% once if necessary. Never clean too rigorously (cultures of beneficial bacteria cannot be completely destroyed), in most cases it is enough to simply rinse in water drained from the tank every few weeks. Do not use for breeding plants and animals intended for consumption and food processing. The product is intended for aquariums with fish and decorative plants. Keep away from children. Batch of products may vary in color and shade.
