RETURNS OF GOODS

 

Goods purchased in our store are subject to return in their original condition (unopened, undamaged, with all accessories received with the goods at the time of purchase).

 If you decide to return the goods, please inform us of this fact using the contact form on our website, e-mail or by phone (all details can be found on our website).

 Once your return has been received and inspected with your proof of purchase, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of the return.

 If your return is approved, it will be processed and the money will be automatically refunded to you via the original payment method you used at the time of purchase within a specified number of days.

 Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing a part for reasons not related to our error will not be eligible for a refund or refund.

 Only products purchased at normal prices are refundable (items purchased in the form of a sale are non-refundable.)

 Live stock, i.e. plants and animals purchased in our store, are non-refundable.

 Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  The customer is responsible for the proper packing of the returned goods, and bears the costs associated with it (AQUAVIEW does not cover the costs of such shipping).

COMPLAINTS

 

Complaints are subject to items purchased in our store that are defective or damaged, and there was no information about this fact during the purchase.

 If the goods purchased by you are damaged, please inform us immediately using the contact form on our website, e-mail or by phone (all details can be found on our website).

 The damaged product should be sent back, together with the proof of purchase, to the address of our warehouse (AQUAVIEW does not bear the costs of such shipment):

  After receiving and inspecting the advertised product, we will send you an e-mail notifying you that we have received such product and information on how to proceed with it.

 AQUAVIEW reserves the right to replace the product within 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the defective product.
